Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Develop and maintain test cases covering functional, regression, and usability scenarios
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
- Familiarity with API testing and basic SQL queries
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication abilities for documentation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
