Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for LLM applications
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model performance through prompt engineering
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt lifecycle management
- Lead prompt strategy workshops with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and iterate on prompt effectiveness using A/B testing methodologies
- Contribute to proprietary AI prompt optimization frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development roles
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLM architectures
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in prompt optimization metrics
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
