Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases and extract specific data points required for ongoing projects and reporting cycles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose automated solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization), Python or R for scripting, and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and organizational skills.
