Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy network solutions and upgrades
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network incidents
- Conduct regular audits to ensure network compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
