Responsibilities
- Deploy and optimize Cisco/Juniper network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and resolve connectivity issues within SLA
- Implement VPN solutions for remote teams and secure branch offices
- Document network topology and create disaster recovery protocols
- Lead network upgrades including 10GigE fiber implementations
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex VoIP and wireless infrastructure
Qualifications
- CCNA/CCNP certification with 3+ years enterprise network experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto/Fortinet firewalls and Cisco ACI
- Expert troubleshooting using Wireshark and network analyzers
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking and hybrid cloud solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site requirements
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
