Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network systems including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and maintain VPN solutions for secure remote access across 25+ states
- Document network configurations using industry-standard tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Perform proactive network vulnerability assessments and security patching
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages and incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience with Cisco/Juniper equipment
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking technologies
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex network issues
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
