Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and modern prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with remote teams
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects with measurable impact
