Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine AI prompts for large language models (LLMs) to enhance user interactions
- Conduct iterative testing and optimization of prompt performance using quantitative metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prompts with business objectives and user needs
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and maintain a centralized prompt library
- Analyze user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement prompt refinements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
