Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user journey maps
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and user data
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with knowledge of design systems
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including usability testing, A/B testing, and persona development
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes
