Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans to identify software defects and functionality issues
- Document test results, bugs, and detailed bug reports using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Perform regression testing on new and existing product features
- Develop and maintain test cases based on product requirements
- Participate in agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, CMMI) and company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and bug-tracking tools
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing
