Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and optimize operations
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and written reports
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with SQL and Python proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
