Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Perform physical network cabling, termination, and testing (Cat6, Fiber Optics, etc.).
- Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues for end-users.
- Deploy and set up network printers, switches, and routers under supervision.
- Document network configurations, changes, and rack layouts accurately.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to office staff regarding network access and hardware.

- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and basic hardware components.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (including attics/crawlspace).
