Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects
- Collaborate with developers using Agile methodologies to prioritize fixes
- Create detailed test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Document bugs in JIRA with clear steps to reproduce and severity levels
- Validate builds in staging environments to ensure release readiness
- Analyze test metrics to recommend process improvements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing environments
- Proficiency with manual testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Cypress, TestComplete)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
