Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver seamless experiences
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS product designs
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for collaboration with developers
