Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor weekend data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of analytics
- Collaborate with Florida-based teams to support regional data initiatives
- Develop statistical models to forecast trends and improve operational efficiency
- Document methodologies and present findings to non-technical audiences
- Optimize data collection processes to enhance weekend shift productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and A/B testing methodology
- Proven ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Familiarity with healthcare or retail data analytics preferred
