Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Support night shift operations by providing real-time data insights during critical business hours
- Collaborate with Las Vegas and California teams to align data strategies with regional objectives
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for seamless data integration
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting US-based clients across multiple time zones
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
