Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- SQL Management: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
