Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of high-impact publications in top-tier journals/conferences
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
