Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex data modeling
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype hybrid quantum-classical architectures
- Develop patent-pending solutions for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical innovation workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ) platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
