Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks

- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world deployment in healthcare and logistics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-AI co-design methodologies
- Publish 2-3 peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical AI frameworks
- Published record in quantum machine learning or high-performance computing
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and low-level optimization techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and statistical modeling
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes
