Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, QML) and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and Python
- Published record in quantum-AI integration or top-tier ML conferences
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware constraints and optimization
