Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning architectures
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and generative models
- Create simulation frameworks for quantum hardware validation
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent disclosures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (Nature, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Strong Python/C++ development skills with scientific computing libraries
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects
- Knowledge of quantum cryptography and security protocols
