Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify product functionality across various browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA and defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes haven't negatively impacted existing features.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business requirements.
- Analyze root causes of defects and provide actionable feedback.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and defect life cycles.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
