Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using Jira.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
