As a QA Tester at Apex Digital Solutions, you will play a critical role in our software development lifecycle, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bugs, automate tests, and improve overall system stability.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using Jira and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure end-to-end functionality.
- Conduct regression testing to guarantee that new features do not break existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and at least one automation tool (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Experience with API testing (Postman) and knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
