Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other ticketing systems with high accuracy.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance across various browsers.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Analyze root causes of defects and suggest preventive measures for future releases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong proficiency in Manual Testing and familiarity with Automated Testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is required.
- Demonstrated detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
