Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and key metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve data architecture.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) are required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
