As a QA Tester, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and end-user satisfaction, ensuring our software meets the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using JIRA and bug tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to diagnose complex issues and drive fixes.
- Validate bug fixes through regression testing to ensure stability and prevent regression.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve software quality.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL or scripting languages (Python/Java) is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
