Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify product functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers) to define acceptance criteria.
- Analyze system requirements and validate software behavior against specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and RESTful APIs for data verification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
