Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and Bugzilla, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing and sanity checks to ensure new updates do not break existing functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
