Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing scripts across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and ensure resolution quality
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain test environments and configure testing infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing (Postman/Swagger), and defect tracking systems
- Experience testing responsive web applications and iOS/Android platforms
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
