Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using industry-standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure product stability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results to identify root causes of defects.
- Maintain and update existing test automation frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Ensure all testing processes comply with company standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
