Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and edge cases.
- Log and track issues in JIRA, providing clear and concise bug reports to the development team.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test criteria and acceptance standards.
- Analyze application performance and usability to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and web-based applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and understanding of API testing (Postman) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
