Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing functionality.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and testing best practices to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with SQL for database querying and verification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional Agile team.
