Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects within the bug-tracking system (JIRA).
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality across various platforms.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software quality assurance testing (Manual and/or Automation).
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and life cycles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java (preferred for automation).
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
