Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify product functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) with high precision.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software changes do not negatively impact existing features.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios.
- Verify fixes and validate that issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- Ensure all testing complies with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting (Python/Java) preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing priorities simultaneously.
