Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using JIRA.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product stability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Execute regression and smoke tests prior to every release.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and quality assurance best practices.
- Provide clear feedback to developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database testing.
- Strong knowledge of web testing methodologies and HTTP protocols.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
