Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to verify functionality and user experience across different browsers and devices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Developers, to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, automation frameworks, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing and at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
