Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical defects within sprint cycles
- Conduct regression testing on new releases and feature updates
- Analyze test results to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (black-box, regression, smoke testing)
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
