Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Document incident tickets and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct basic security audits and compliance checks
- Train end-users on system best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (AAS/CS degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
