- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Document defects with detailed steps and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate UI/UX compliance with design specifications
- Test cross-platform compatibility across browsers/devices
- Maintain test documentation and test environment integrity
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA/testing experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with test case management (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with regression testing methodologies
