Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts across hardware/software products
- Document defects using JIRA with precise severity and priority classifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate fixes and root cause analysis
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress for CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct cross-platform compatibility testing on provided equipment
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environment integrity with provided hardware/software inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with hardware/software products
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium)
- Expertise in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically
- Strong written communication for documentation and reporting
