Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans on company-provided equipment
- Document defects using JIRA and track resolution progress
- Validate hardware/software compatibility across test environments
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and replicate issues
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain test documentation and equipment logs
- Analyze test results and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience with hardware/software testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with provided testing equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
