Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document test results, bugs, and issues in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning
- Perform regression testing on new features and system updates
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable insights to improve processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual and automated)
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience writing clear, comprehensive test documentation
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester (CTFL) certification a plus
