Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for various Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and BERT.
- Analyze model outputs to ensure alignment with business goals, user intent, and brand tone.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization of prompt strategies to maximize model accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt-based features into applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and prompt engineering best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in prompt engineering or working with LLMs and Generative AI tools.
- Excellent command of the English language, including a strong understanding of grammar, tone, and stylistic nuances.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize prompt failures.
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
