Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine AI prompts for various applications including customer service, content generation, and technical support
- Conduct iterative prompt testing using A/B methodologies to optimize response quality and efficiency
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable prompt libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business objectives
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities in AI interactions
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and industry prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Proficiency with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Bard) and API integration
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to craft precise technical instructions
- Experience with prompt optimization frameworks (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thoughts)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex AI outputs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
