Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and load testing for HIPAA-compliant applications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Cypress frameworks
- Document defects with detailed steps and severity ratings in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain test environments and configuration management systems
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in regulated industries
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and SQL
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
- Experience testing healthcare or fintech applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
