Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and refine complex prompts to optimize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) across various applications.
- Conduct extensive A/B testing of prompt variations to measure impact on output quality, tone, and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into the production pipeline.
- Maintain and update a library of high-quality prompt templates and guidelines for internal teams.
- Monitor model outputs for bias, safety, and hallucinations, and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and how LLMs process information.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex language problems.
