Responsibilities
- Develop and Refine Prompts: Design complex, multi-step prompts to maximize the accuracy and creativity of AI-generated content.
- Model Training & Tuning: Collaborate with our data science team to fine-tune base models for specific industry applications.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate AI outputs for bias, safety, and factual accuracy, providing feedback to improve model performance.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt engineering methodologies and best practices.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends and testing new tools in a sandbox environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and formulate logical solutions.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic coding concepts (Python, SQL) is a plus, but not mandatory for the training program.
