In this position, you will work directly with our ML researchers and product teams to engineer prompts that unlock the full potential of our proprietary AI infrastructure. You will define how users interact with our products, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and safety in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize prompt strategies for various Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source models.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques such as prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and context injection to improve output coherence.
- Evaluate and benchmark model responses rigorously to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and internal documentation to standardize best practices across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate prompt logic seamlessly into production APIs.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and generative AI to continuously improve our systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, data science, or a related role involving interaction with AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or OpenAI API.
- Strong grasp of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies to measure prompt effectiveness.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail, nuance, and tone.
- Ability to think critically and deconstruct complex problems into clear, actionable prompt structures.
